Aroma Beach The only access to the lands is via the large, yet still lovely, Aroma Beach. Although the beach has no lovely smells, it does have a very strong odor when it's lowtide. This beach stretches from the north to the south of Detapella, and is always the first thing new foxes first lay their paws on. The beach is decorated with several sea shell varieties, and sea glass from the people that used to inhabit the island. Moderator: Feletia
Mysterious Timberland The outside of this place the foxes call Mysterious Timberland is bordered by magical pink cherry trees that have beautiful blossums in the spring in summer. These blossums do not give the right idea about the inside of this place. Inside the Mysterious Timberland creatures' find their eyes taking awhile to adjust to the dim lighting. Plants- besides the trees- are scarce here. There is no grass, but instead a few shrubs in various places. With little plant life, this timberland is not home to many animals. Moderator: Feletia

Diamond Caverns In the Free Lands lays a system of long tunnels that travel deep into the earth. The main entrance of the caves has been said to look like a large fox with its mouth wide open. Once you are inside and far enough away from the sun’s light, you’ll notice a soft blue/white glow that seems to come from the walls of the cave itself. The glow comes from small rocks within the walls, ceilings, and ground of the caves. Once you reach a certain level, you’ll begin to notice sparkling lights that seemingly float around. Upon a closer inspection, one will find that these floating lights are the reflection of the diamonds from the glowing rocks that give the caverns their name. Moderator: Feletia

Crystal Lake From a distance, or from above, the lake looks like a light blue, beautiful piece of glass. The water is usually still, except for when a rare storm passes through here. When an animal gets closer, they can see directly to the bottom of the lake, as the water is crystal clear. There's no life in the lake, just a beautiful floor of pebbles on the bottom. No algae, no fish, nothing. Of course, that does not mean an animal can not go swimming in it. Around the lake there's a meadow of lush, green grass. A bunch of brooks, rivers and streams pass through here. This lake is also known to be one of the highest spots on the continent, that is, besides on the mountains. Moderator: Feletia
Glistening Peaks A beautiful group of mountains are located in the free lands. They have such a high altitude, that the top of the mountains are covered with snow. This is how they earned the name Glistening Peaks. You see, the snow glistens at night, just when the moon's light hits them right. They also give off a dim light as they reflect the moon's light, helping foxes active that night do what they must do. If one was to stare at it from Aroma Beach, it is said that the mountains are absolutely breath taking. Moderator: Feletia

Cornurcipa Lands
Western Forest o A large forest stands strong in the middle of the Cornurcipa’s lands and the Xutier’s lands. The western section belongs to the Cornurcipas. This half, like it’s matching, is stocked with an enormous amount of prey. There is also a wonderful amount of plant life, including herbs and bushes. Through the center of this forest is a large line of boulders. Directly in the center of this wall there is a small opening where observant foxes may slip through. Hidden within the forest is the pack’s den. Moderator: Feletia

Cornurcipa's Dens o To the western side of the forest, near the large boulders, is a small, hidden burrow. The entrance to the secret den is a fallen, hollowed log. Through the log you can find yourself in a room made entirely of stone and moss- the floor of moss as well. The other five rooms look the same. The rooms are; the infirmary, the nursery, the alpha's room, the storage room and a small room that really seems to have no use at all. Moderator: Feletia

Sparkling Lake The lake is found centered in The Grassland. Although the lake is more like a pond, and less like a lake, it does have several interesting aspects to it. The warm air around it is captivating and wonderful for all those nearby. The reason for the warm air is that the water is constantly steaming. This lake also seems to be suited for the small foxes by having a shallow end, and a deep end. The shallow end is shallow enough so that young kits may bathe in it and their parents would only have to worry if they traveled into the deeper waters. Both sides contain sparkling fish, and because of the sparkle they give off, they have given the lake a reputation and even better, a name. Moderator: Feletia

The Grassland o On the west side of the Cornucipa’s lands one finds a large, hilly grassland. The only prey inhabiting this land- that they know of- are rabbits. In this giant area, grass grows at different heights, varying from small to large. Besides the grass, the land also has different sizes of bushes and rocks. Dominating most of the hills are bright, colorful flowers. Centered in a small clearing is the Sparkling Lake. Moderator: Feletia

Xutier Lands

Xutier's Dens The eastern side of the forest lies a large cavern surronded by large, thick fallen trees as well as standing ones. They wood provides a cover to what one would find through a small, duggen entrance. The first room is floored by dry, green moss. Acting as a ceiling above is woven branches and logs, with moss growing in between. It looked to be the work of an exteremly skilled ape, or even a human. The other four rooms are similar, and each show that they were once used for seperate purposes; infirmary, alpha's room, nursery and storage room. Moderator: Feletia

The Plains o On the east side of Xutier’s lands one finds a large, open, flat plain. There are no bushes, and barely any flowers or herbs. The only animals inhabiting this land- besides the foxes- are rabbits and deer. In this giant plain, grass grows at one height, for the deer make sure it stays at a nice height, which is relatively short. Toward the forest lies a small pond for those on the plain to drink from. Petite Pond o The Plains shelter a small pond named Petite Pond. The water of the pond is not bad for you, as long as you do not mind drinking some of the small clay particles suspended in the pond. Small fish inhabit the pond as they swim about, and often some may see frogs and tadpoles. The bottom and sides of the pond is bordered by large, flat rocks. Moderator: Feletia

Ficaturia Lands
Frozen Fields This land called the Frozen Fields is classified as a Tundra Prairie. Due to the fact that the whole land is on the warm side, this is not as cold as the average Tundra Prairie. The temperature never goes below zero in the winter. That's a great thing for the foxes- besides the artic- that try to live here. During the spring, summer and fall, this land is a wonderful, colorful place to observe. However, in the winter, it seems to always snow here, and all the once-beautiful dead plants are coated with a thick blanket of snow. Moderator: Feletia

Star Mountain On the west side of the Ficaturia's Lands is a large mountain keeping the Ficaturia's land out of sight from those in the free lands. This mountain, however, is a beautiful thing to see from the north or the south. The east side- the side facing the Ficaturia's lands- is covered with snow all year round. However, the west side is covered with trees and shrubs, all year round. Moderator: Feletia

Ficaturia's Dens Embedded in the side of the Star Mountain is a small opening that can not be found by those who are ignorant to it's existant, or to those who are not observant. Inside the cave, it's very warm and cozy. It has several different rooms branching off of it's main one. This cave is home to the Ficaturia Pack, and will always remain strong with the mountain as it's mother. Moderator: Feletia
Pond of Death Don't let the name fool you, this lake has absolutely nothing to do with death. The only time you should fear it is when you fall in and it is freezing around it. The water is a meter deep, but can still kill small foxes if they fall in when it is cold. This pond is not home to any marine life, but even though it get extremely cold, the water is nice drinking water. Moderator: Feletia
