Times have changed; species have gone through evolution and the world has become a new land. The most dominant enemy to the rabbits and lemmings that would emerge is the fox. The breeds that made up the species combined over the years to create a predator that would be able to adapt and live in many climates [of course, the breeds seen long ago are still presently around]. With these changes, and through evolution, longer lifespans for the great Foxes became a common occurance. Not only that, but the foxes began to form packs similar to that of a wolf. In these packs the foxes are able to take down predators easily, and reproduce quickly.
With all these foxes around one would think that the prey would no longer be around. Well that conclusion is false, the prey miracuously were able to keep up with spare lemmings running around. Everything was going in favor of the foxes, and life didn't seem like it could get any better for them.
Paradise was remarkable until an old, wise fox made the prophecy of death for the land. Everyone listened, and many took their lives, along with their family's [especially helpless pups]. Everyone was distrought, they all knew they were going to die, but they did not know how.
Large waves conquered the land late one night. They attacked the shore with their large waves as the pounded down with much rage. The foxes were no match, and all of the living on the island were swept out to sea. Everyone on the island tragically died, their story only to be told by the broekn trees and dead plant life, which quickly grew back.
Now paradise is plenitful once more. The prey have returned and everything is prepared for new foxes to settle. The ruins from the past foxes lay ready for others to move in and take as their own. Would everything go as smoothly as before? Or will the foxes in this paradise find itself once more in a tragic event?
